Reservation fee:
The reservation has a fixed cost of 31 EURO (about 26 US dollars, click here for current exchange rates),
You pay only this amount, whatever the number of rooms, days or people in the same hotel.


Booking:
My Hotel in Paris will only go ahead with a reservation according to your stated requirements. This means that if the hotels you have selected are unavailable we will contact you by e-mail to offer you an alternative hotel of similar price and quality. You are under no obligation if we are unable to find a hotel to satisfy your stated requirements, and there will be no charge.


Hotel rates:
The rate is the one applied by the hotel for the dates of your reservation and may vary depending on season. If the rate is higher than that shown on these pages you will be contacted by e-mail and asked to confirm your acceptance. Otherwise we go ahead with the reservation according to your stated requirements.


Cancellation policy:
In case you need to cancel your reservation, you are required to personally send a fax to the hotel. You will be given all the necessary instructions and references with your reservation.
If you think you may be forced to cancel, contact the hotel as soon as possible: the cancellation policy may vary from one hotel to another and ranges from 1 to 8 days notice before your credit card will be charged for the first night. The reservation fee (i.e. 31 EURO) is not refundable.


Privacy Policy:
We value your privacy as much as you do and under no circumstances will we reveal, rent or sell your e-mail address or any other personal information to third parties.
