IMPORTANT No charges will be made to your credit card when it is submitted i.e. YOUR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT TAKE EFFECT IF WE ARE UNABLE TO MEET YOUR WISHES AS STATED IN THIS FORM.
1 - Reservation Fees The cost of our reservation service is 31 EURO (around 26 US dollars, click here for current exchange rates) per reservation. You pay only this sum whatever the number of rooms, days or people in the same hotel. This sum is not refundable in case of cancellation.		2 - Credit Card With this request you will authorize the hotel to charge your credit card for the cost of the first night's stay. This sum may or may not be refundable in the event of a cancellation by you, depending on the policy of each hotel. For more details, see our terms and conditions.
THERE IS NO OTHER CHARGE, COMMISSION OR TAX TO PAY ON TOP OF THE OFFICIAL RATE OF THE HOTEL Please consult our FAQ or contact us if you have any furthers questions about our service.

HOWEVER when a provisional booking has been made according to your wishes as stated in this form you are liable for the cost of the booking (ie our reservation fee of 31 EURO and, in some cases, the first night's stay at the hotel, depending on their cancellation policy).
