General conditions
The Guest shall use the premises as a temporary residence only and shall not engage in any commercial, illegal, nuisance, dangerous or other activity that could embarrass the Owner or cause the Owner to receive complaints from other tenants. The premises shall not be occupied or left in the care of anyone not listed herein nor shall any pets be kept, without the Owner's permission. The Guest has to treat the property with care and to reimburse the Owner (your deposit check) for any significantly damaged or lost items. The Owner shall provide the Guest with an inventory upon arrival and departure. Pets are not allowed without prior arrangement, agreement and separate damage deposit. The Guest agrees to be responsible for insuring all personal belongings.

Cancellation policy
Notice of at least 28 days prior to the commencement of the contract is required to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to the commencement of the contract are non-refundable.
