PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
THE CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE FILLING IN THE FORM
WITH YOUR PROVISIONAL BOOKING AND CONFIRMING IT
- Fill in the booking
form. The sooner you send it, the more likely you are to get the
accommodation you want. If you prefer not to book online write
an e-mail indicating all the details of your stay to allow us
to make a provisional booking. With the confirmation you will be sent
payment details.
- WE CHARGE A 10%
RESERVATION FEE ON TOP OF THE RATES SHOWN
- Once we know your preferences,
we will check availability and make a provisional booking in
your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation
within 1 to 3 days via e-mail.
- The payment of a deposit
is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via
e-mail. This time may be reduced to one day when a quick confirmation
is needed
If we do not receive your deposit in time, the provisional booking
will expire.
- You'll pay the balance
upon arrival unless otherwise stated.
- When a provisional booking
has been made following your wishes you are liable for the cost of
the booking.
- Once we have received
your authorization we will proceed with booking. We'll check the availability
of a room for the period requested and send you confirmation. A copy
of the contract, general information and directions will be sent to
the guest by e-mail prior to their departure date.
- Cancellation policy:
Notice of at least 28 days prior to the commencement of the
contract is required to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made
less than 28 days prior to the commencement of the contract are non-refundable.
- The Guest has to bring
a deposit check, US $300 by personal check, to cover any loss
or damage caused.
