This comfortable and studio is situated in the Latin Quarter of Paris, in a quiet area which is nevertheless just three minutes walk from Notre Dame, and is located on the first floor of a traditional Parisian building with view onto the backyard. It comfortably sleeps two guests in a king-size bed and up to two additional guests on a sofa bed in the living room.

This studio consists of a mezzanine floor with a king size bed, a living room with sofa bed, TV, VCR, stereo and telephone, plus a fully equipped kitchenette and a full bathroom with bath/shower.
